Neil opened his in house repair facility known as the Eyre Intensive Care in March 2004. Since March 2004 many have enjoyed a Free service unfortunately. due to rising costs across the board from importing to cost of living we are now forced to charge a  repair fee and as always return shipping will be charged.

If you have a piece in need of repair you simply contact us directly, let us know what happened what has broken and we will do our best to quote you a price ahead of time. 

If you have damages in shipping from your dealer you will need to contact them for replacement or reimbursement.

As you know our EIC is always open but does require appointments so please don't just send in a piece as we are not responsible for the loss in shipping.
